Course fees and deadlines

The all-inclusive fee covers all of the following during the period of July 25-31 :

The fee is payable by bank transfer (details below) and is due promptly upon notification of acceptance to the School. Please don't forget to bring with you a copy of the bank receipt confirming the payment.

For each accompanying person, the fee is 100 Euros per day.

The participant fee is fixed and independent of the number of days spent at the School, whereas the accompanying persons are charged on a daily basis.

Please make certain the transfer includes a note stating "Shell Effects School" and the name and affiliation of the participant paying the fee, and that it specifies that the payee is covering all the receiving account charges.
(Note: within the EU and associated countries the transfer can be requested to be in the form of an 'EU payment', which can reduce the bank charge.)

 

Registration forms and deadlines

Please fill out the Registration Form and e-mail it to ShellEffects@usc.edu at your earliest convenience, and no later than the deadline of June 15, 2010.

If you would like to apply to present a poster, please submit a 1-page abstract in PDF format to ShellEffects@usc.edu also no later than the deadline of June 15, 2010.

Do not forget also the Travel Form, the deadline for receipt is July 4, 2010.

 

(The following affirmation has been requested by the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics.)
