Okay, here are a bunch of my extaordinary(?)papers, stories and stuff, most of them are pretty old, like high school and stuff, but even back then, I had somewhat mad skills, so they're still decent. Also, I haven't figured out how to format these things, so after every sentence, or something, it skips a few lines, it's annoying, but just pretend like it's not that way, okay.

First, some stories, since that's sort of high speed stuff:

Chainsaw Death Doggies--A short, pretty cool post-Apocalyptic story, it makes me happy, the seemingly ridiculous things are all there for a reason, by the way.

Lawnmower of the Gods--A story that I wrote in high school, inspired by a statement by some archaeologist, or something, that Viking artifacts had been(supposedly)found in Tennessee from way before Columbus, and the wondering what happened to them.

Oooookay, I guess those are the only two stories I have on disk right now, I'll bring a lot more later, hopefully some more recent ones, too, but for now, here are some Essays that are sort of cool.

First I'll throw down a bunch of papers that I wrote in a super-cool ancient Greece class this summer, a bunch of cool, 2-page papers.

Alexander--a paper about the ultimate effect and effectiveness of Alexander the Great's campaigns.

Aristophanes--a judgemental review of the plays Lysistrata and Acharnians.

Athens--the reason that Athens was so much more culturally productive than any comparably sized and situated culture in human history.

Athens2--the reason for the fall of Athens, and by extension, of all of ancient Greece.

Clouds--another judgemental review of an Aristophanes play--this time of Clouds.

Hellenism--A very cool explanation of the ultimate purpose of Greek--and it's result, Hellenistic--culture and society, from my--christian--standpoint.

Herodotus--ostensibly about book 7 of Herodotus, actually a complaint against one aspect of modern historiography.

Marathon--evaluation of the importance, and uniqueness of the Battle of Marathon.

Odyssey2--continuation of Odyssey1(which I can't find), a look at what the Odyssey says about ancient Greece, especially compared to other ancient peoples.

Phillip--On the importance of Phillip of Macedon to the development of Hellenism, excepting the raising of his son, Alexander.

Polybius2--My second paper on Polybius, this paper goes along with "Hellenism", above, and explains the ultimate signicance of Greece, in world history.

Science--The superiority of Greek science, in the ancient world, and the reasons for it.

Sophocles--A favorable review of Sophocles' Theban plays, with a little bit of christianity, and overambitious historiography thrown in.

Thucydides--The reasons for and circumstances of the failure of Greek democracy and the end of Greek cultural hegemony--very nice.

Ok, that's all for now, I may put more papers from this class in later, more likely is that I'll put other stuff, we'll see. Soon, it shall all be better, I tell you.
