Entanglement, a new physical resource that differs vastly from classical observables, plays a key role in quantum computation and quantum information as well as in condensed matter physics. By studying the nature of many-body entanglement in various solid-state models, it is practically possible to identify systems with optimized entanglement. Hence I am studying the scaling behavior of entanglement in highly correlated quantum systems, trying to optimize entanglement by adjusting their parameters.
